Looking for Power Chair Carrier for Vehicle

Description:
I am recently disabled and have just gotten a Jazzy Power chair--however, I have no way of taking it with me anywhere so I can only use it in my home. In public I am still forced to use a cane and continue to fall frequently. If you have one or know anyone who does, I don't need anything fancy (meaning, I can't afford much :( But, please contact me if you know any way of helping me. Being 42 and confined to your home is horrible.
